The oil and gas begins to process the main process modules from the wellhead platform fluid. In the entire crude oil processing flow, the pressure in the part of the module is relatively high, so the module is called a high pressure separation module. The main equipment of the module is mainly static equipment. These main equipments include a Solid Slug Catcher, heater Inlet Feed Heater to improve the separation of the next stage; free water separator Free Water Knockout Drums, crude oil emulsion heater Emulsion Heater; Gas Foam Heater and Produced Water Surge Drum. The total weight of the module is over 1,700 tons. The main performance of oil and gas water treatment: the liquid content in natural gas does not exceed 50mg/m2, and oil droplets larger than 10μm in diameter can be completely removed. The water in the oil is less than 5%. The oil in the water is less than 1000ppm. The filter separator can effectively separate more than 98% of 1 μm particles.
