FTCC thermal desorption

The cutting chip treatment technology used by SHC is TCC (Thermal-mechanic cuttings clean), which is the latest technology to treat drilling waste by thermal desorption. TCC uses high-speed rotating arm to drive high-speed movement of solid particles to generate friction. The temperature generated by friction reaches above the boiling point of oil. After oil and water vaporization, the pores of solid particles are desorbed against capillary force to achieve the separation effect of solids and pollutants. The steam is multi-stage condensed to achieve the separation effect of oil, water and solids.

Skid mounted equipment
        1. Compact vehicle-mounted equipment with a small footprint
        2. Go to the well site service to avoid waste dumping in vehicle transportation
        3. Diesel or electric drive can be operated in Zone2
High efficiency
        1. Process 3~9 tons of solid residue per hour
        2. Fully automatic control system, automatically adjust the process parameters according to the oil content of the residue
High standard
        1. Zero discharge, avoid secondary pollution during treatment
        2. The performance of the base oil is unchanged, and the returnable oil can be returned to the mud pool for reuse.
        3. The oil content of the treatment residue should not be more than 3‰
