On March 21, 2013, Li Chuan, the chairman of the company, attended the “SHC Petroleum” Scholarship and the first awarding ceremony at Xi'an Petroleum University. The leaders of Xi'an Petroleum University, Fang Ming, Qi Jinhu, Zhao Jian and Fang Ming attended the ceremony. 

On behalf of the school, vice President Fang Ming of Xi 'an Petroleum University congratulated chairman Li Chuan on his achievements since his graduation, appreciated his pioneering spirit of hard work and innovation, and spoke highly of his good deeds and his charity. Vice President Fang Ming encouraged the students to learn from the growth process of Chairman Li Chuan, find the right position, and create a better future for themselves and their alma mater with practical actions.
Li chuan, chairman of the board of directors, tells the story of his struggle from graduation in 1996 to the present, and tells junior students to cherish their university time, master professional knowledge and actively participate in practical activities.
