As One of the main products of SHC, the instrument air compressor packages are a variety of especially process designed and profession equipments components selection for operations in harsh environments.
The air compressor package consists of a complete skid mounted lubricated or oil free compressor.
Air compressor data range as below:

· 7-15 bar(e) / 107-200 psig
· 10-1518 l/s / 21-3217 cfm
· 50/60 Hz
Multistage filtration units( pre-filters, after-filter, microfilters)remove impurities from compressored air and ensure class 1 quality to ISO 8573. Class 1 is required to ensure long lifetime of air dryers andto comply with the requirement for oil free air. Filter are equipped with electronic level-comtrolled condensate drains.
Multiple instruments are installed for monitoring the system's  operating data including pressure, temperature, pressure differential, pressure dew point etc. All instruments are connected to a PLC that also monitors data from the compressor's controller. The PLC is equipped with serial link interfaces to suit customer's requirements (Profibus, Modbus, RTU etc).
